The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the city center, shops, restaurants, and tour operators. I enjoyed the coffee and toast provided for breakfast. - the guest room was comfortable with cozy beds and a TV.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First of all, the attention to detail was incredible. The room was not only the perfect size, but also had beautiful heavy warm blankets that made me feel so cozy and comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing us with hot water for our pot noodles and even a heater for the room. The breakfast, which was delivered to our room, was delicious and a nice change from the usual eggs. The hotel's location was excellent, being just minutes away from the bus station and close to all the shops and services we needed. Additionally, the WiFi was super strong, which made it easy for us to stay connected.

I honestly couldn't find anything to complain about. Everything was absolutely wonderful during my stay at this hotel.

Helpful staff arranged early check-in and late check-out. Excellent location near the bus station and town center. Amazing amenities available at reception.

The location of the hotel was great as it was near all major bus stops and city attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but comfortable enough, and the continental breakfast was a good start to the day.

It barely had any hot water, and the water pressure was so low that it was barely enough to rinse off. We also found the room a bit chilly, even though we were given plenty of blankets.

As youngsters, we loved the friendly and helpful manager who found us a room without any extra charge. the basic but good rooms, well-maintained and with plenty of blankets, were perfect for the cold nights. the convenient location, close to both the bus station and town center, made our stay even more convenient.

We did have some downsides. the street noise was quite loud, and made it a bit difficult to sleep.
